I have an assylum status and green card. i am not unmarried. what is the best condition to bring future wife from nepal. 1.can i go to India and get marry there and get marriage certificate. then file for her from here? 2.can my future wife apply from Nepal or not? 3. can i apply for fiance or not without marriage certificate? Thank You
